Each rental comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. Inclusions may differ based on the type of charter - for instance, sunset voyages come with upscale snacks and premium drinks, while business rentals include amenities for meetings and specialized catering.
How much time before should I reserve?
To ensure availability, especially during busy months from May to September, reserving your spot 2–3 weeks ahead is advised. For business events or private parties, booking 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended for better availability and customization time.
What is the protocol if the weather turns unfavorable?
Our foremost concern is your safety. Should our captain assess the weather as unsafe, we will propose an alternate date for your cruise or give a full reimbursement. Weather forecasts are closely monitored, and we'll reach out to you 24 hours prior to your departure if the conditions seem uncertain.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and drinks?
Yes, personal food and drinks are permitted. We also provide exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. Note: for safety considerations, glasswares are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to be inclusive for all guests. Certain vessels are designed with better accessibility features. Discuss your needs with us during your booking, and we'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange any necessary assistance.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations done 72 hours or more before departure get a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours before departure are partially refunded at 50%. Cancellations made under 24 hours are non-refundable, unless due to our mechanical issues or adverse weather conditions.
